1. Choose an issue.
2. Find a specific law (or FCPS regulation) which concerns it. If there is no law, you may propose one.
3. Find an individual who has influence or power over this issue. Remember that different laws are created by different people at the local, state, and federal government levels.
4. Write a letter to the individual concerning the law. See the instructions below.
5. When you have revised it completely and are confident it
represents your best efforts, youre ready to mail it in!
